
As the Lead Content Designer for Alight Solutions' Wellbeing product from March 2023- August 2024, I played a crucial role in shaping content strategy, ensuring all content aligned with the company's objectives and user needs. My responsibilities spanned content creation, optimization, user experience (UX) design, and team leadership. Here is a breakdown of my work and achievements:
UX Design: I crafted user-friendly and engaging content designed to enhance the user experience, simplify access to benefits, and foster a sense of joy and satisfaction among users.
Cross-Channel Strategy: I created and refined content and copy for diverse formats including email campaigns, mobile push notifications, AI-powered virtual assistant tools, recommended tile cards on the Alight Worklife app interface, and website content to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal user engagement.
Product Lead Support: I collaborated closely with the Wellbeing Product Lead to align content strategies with product goals and ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.
AI-Personalization Integration: I optimized Alight product content to integrate advancements in AI Personalization, ensuring that well-being solutions were tailored to individual user needs to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of well-being content.
Wellbeing Marketplace Leadership: I led content efforts for Alight’s Wellbeing Marketplace, a comprehensive platform offering 150+ benefits across diverse categories, including physical and mental wellbeing, health and fitness, and family needs.
Continuous Improvement: I regularly assessed and refined content strategies based on user feedback and analytics, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Alight’s Wellbeing offerings.
